Hello all, I was hanging around here already for some time, but decided its time to start logging the progress and search for some experience on design choices.

My Goals are :
- 3-phase system (to run my whole house and workplace wit 3-phase devices).
- scalable (expand as I collect more battery's over time).
- Safety (is alway's 3rd rule right?)
- Minimal maintenance
- Easy to do maintenance
- Gans Geile statistics (Grafana)
- And I hope to find/learn some things that picks my interest to try and pushe the edge of DIY powerwalls (improve) even further. So don't be shy to tell me about some shady direction that would help this community greatly is someone would crack that nut ;).

CURRENT STATE :

I will update my latest project progress here while putting more details about it in new posts.

Tested Battery count : ~40 withaverage capacity of 2150mah.
Battery queue count : ~400 (searching for more)

I'm also on the DIY discord that I found here somewhere : DIY Energy Pack Discord invite - https://diyenergypack.com/invite.php?code=Gm9qh5W

Good start.

If you want some ideas you can check my setup. I run my whole house for some years now and its 3phase.
