Any open source solar charge controllers?

Hello
Im currently building a open source  bms which looks really good wondered if there were ant open source solar chargers out there ?

Battery is li iron using 18650s, 14s, 0p, and growing cell so far 23. 300 on their way ??
Bms is a diy open source by stuartpittaway.
No solar yet, 
Building wind turbine, 48v im after a 48v motor if anybody has one for sale.
Cells 2000 to 2500ma.
Cells 1500 to 2000ma.
Cells 1000 to 1500ma.

What's your bms based on? Can we have the link to the project?

It does look good started to build but works very well seen s few vids on you tube of people who have used it for a while.

Ohhh, ok. Stuarts BMS. I thought you were designing and building your own Tongue

Yeah, Stuart has a pretty good one designed and fairly easy to follow what's going on.

I haven't seen any OS chargers, but would be nice see one. Altho, shouldn't be "too" difficult to design one. Basically similar to a switching psu and the current is controlled via the mcu.

Think ill be getting the epsolar tracer looks a good budget interface also looks good as well unless there is a better one out there?
