This is my first powerwall, about 2.6kWh,that I've been working on for a few months. It consists of minipacks(BabyPackMons) of 7 cells each, so7s49p.The Mini packs haveinternal7 waycontacts and clinch pins on both sides of the cells whichall slightly compress the cells with a screw on cap. Thepins snap into 3AG fuse clips which are connected to copper busbars. Just connected a 7s 24V 60ASmart BMS. The 3 columns on the right I used sonata 5300.
The lastpic shows with the cap off.
Starting making the red snaps caps to cover the busbars.

Neat! How much resistance do you have from top to bottom, or between connections? Not quite sure how the pods are connected together in the second pic

I have not measured it yet.

The "pods" are connected via pins that snap into fuse clips which are connected to busbars. I have a red plastic cover on the busbar in the pic.
