To be fair am very new to batteries management and DIY Battery packs, learning to make my own battery pack with 18650 li-ion batteries
My Questions
1. i bought Kunray BLDC 2000 Watts 60V Motor along with Controller
for that i need to make one battery pack using Samsung 26F
how many batteries are required for 60V
what is best BMS for above BLDC motor 2000W 60V
2. i planning and thinkingto make battery pack which runs 50 Miles and 100 Miles Respectively
So please Guide me suggest how how to make a battery pack
Thanks in advance

Welcome!

1. What is max voltage? If its nominal of 60V then you need
60/3.7V = 16 cells in series. If its max 60V and you plan on going to max charge on the cells its:
60/4,2 = 14 cells in series.

You need a BMS that can cope with the number of cells in series and the current you should deliver. If its nominal 2000W then you need one that easily can do 2x that.
4000/60 = 70A BMS
Check the datasheet.
If the BMS is chinesse then you need to get one that easily does 2x of the max so perhaps 100-150A BMS.

2. We can answer this one because we dont know how much energy you need to run that distanse. It depends on vehicle and weight/resistance. We can only guess on how big the packs should be.

Someone else to answer it since I dont know the numbers.

It comes down to the average power consumption and how much energy you need per mile.

Example:
1200W average to go 20mph average, 0,05h at 1200W per mile, 60Wh per mile, 3kWh per 50 miles
3kWh at 66.6V nominal, 18s, is roughly 45Ah, 18s18p with 2600mAh cells

Materials: 176 lithium batteries, 18650

Lithium battery protection panel

Wire, adhesive tape, heat-shrinkable film

voltmeter

Separator, battery holder

Step: put 20 lithium batteries in a string, a total of 8 strings. 8 series of lithium battery in parallel, with the partition and tape insulation. Adhesive tape fixed, welding protection line in series. The series welded lithium battery is insulated with a heat-shrinkable film. Connect the guard plate! Good insulation, prevent short circuit, lithium battery short circuit is very harmful
