II have installed Bluetooth bms of 7s , the total voltage is only 6volts when am measuring at -c . I tried it so many times . First when I spoke about this technical problem with the store on AliExpress he or she said you have removed the temp sensore wires . I thought if i connect it i will get the perfect voltage and when I tried with that the total voltage is same 6volts . I have installed as per the diagram and also by watching vdios on youtube. I did find a something am not sure of . The balance wire has a gap among them... in place of 5th pin .... when I spoke to shop person on AliExpress this is what he said
What could be the problem???
By looking at the pins even the balance wire is ok whr could the problem?? Any guess

Have you hooked Up b- and the other ports to the battery?

At 4s connection the voltage is accordingly as shown 13.6 then when When the balance wire is been attached to the 5s pack then voltage is decreasing

Are you meassuring output from bms? Did the bms shut down that port due to issues?

Yes I am measuring from bms only. Takind -ve from bms and positive from battery . I dont know about the shut down ... still curious to know the problem. Is it the prblm of bms ? From the manufacturer

Connect the BMS up to a load and run it. Some bms systems does not enable output before you start the charge process.

Not sure about urs though but add a load on it.
