15 of My Prized Medical Packs

These are some of my prized Medical packs that Im using exclusively to build out the rest of my powerwall. These are the same medical packs that Joe Williams aka AverageJoe talks about on his channel. With laptop batteries the norm is to get 1800 to 2200mah and every once in a while get a 2500 to 2900mah cell. Well with these medical packs the norm is to get 2500 to 3100mah and every once in a while get a 1500 to 1900mah cell. The packs generally come with NCR18650A or MOLI ICR 18650M cells. Each Pack contains 8 Cells.

The reason for me selling off this lot is that while processing the packs, there are 8 phillip head screws that need to be removed before you can open the pack casing. In each of these packs a screw was either stripped when it was manufactured or for some other reason refused to come out. Since I have 1000s of these packs I simply do not want to waste time on what I consider problem packs. Therefore, Im offering them to you the members of the DIY Powerwall forum. I have 15 of these packs to offer you, and have identified each screw position that each pack has as the problem area. Im happy answer any questions on steps I take to open these packs in the most efficient way.

These are premium battery packs and Im asking a premium price for them ($6 per pack), but rest assured you will be VERY satisfied that you buy these for your 18650 DIY project! As a reference, you may contact Joe Williams aka AverageJoe and ask him his opinion of these packs. Im not willing to break this saleup into smaller purchases.
