4000mAh laptop batteries. Free to a good home! Ballarat, Vic.

I have a few used laptop batteries, 20or so left from a haul. Toshiba, IBM, Dell. Etc. Most are 6 cell 18650, but there are a couple oflipo ones there too.
These haven't been opened ortested.
I'm only building an e-bike Battery right now, sotrying to stay around the 2400mah mark with my cells.
I'd rather give them to someone who can use them, than the recycler!
If there is anyone local and interested, hit me up.

Hey guys, it won't be worth the money to send them.

If you are looking for batteries, go to every computer repair place in your area, no matter how big or small.
I give a little speech about how I'm building a prototype for a bike, using recycled cells to get me started, blah blah, do you happen to have any old batterieslaying around?
Everyone is interestedin these projects, as they are generally tech/i.t.people..
Most will give them to you, some want a small fee, others will point you in the direction of another place you could try. I have tried to avoid paying for any batteries, unless they are guaranteed to benew-ish anddecent quality.

I picked up around 200 laptopbatteries in 2days in my area, almost all for free.
The bulk of them Igot from places where people/businesses donate computers for disadvantaged kids to use at school. They have (had) piles of them laying around. Igot about 100 batteries for $30 from one.
One place even pointed me towards their skip bin and said "jump in".Which i did.

I know you didn't ask for this info, but Ithought I'd share anyway..

So in saying that, it's not worth the time/money for anyone to post or drive too far for a few untested, low capacity, usedbatteries.. These ones, or any others.

Hey sam. I too have gotten over a 1000 for free. But you can never hscmve to much. Lol. I can arrange couriers please to pick them up. Will cost mr about $15. So cheap. I will do all the organization. All i would need from you is your addy. Thanks mate.
