They are ot 18650 times 2 They are a different design of the cell similar to the dimensions of two 18650's but not quite. Just FYI. Wish you were closer to North america as Shipping to canada would be nuts

These sells are not 2 18650 side-by-side. There are videos on YouTube showing people cutting these batteries apart.
