Also, the black dot you see on some of the cells.. that's just from my marker.. when I was trying to count them. You can also see I have a black mark on my finger from the marker.

Presenting photos of capacity test results would be a good start. That is what most people are interested in.

Cells can be in excellent visual condition, as the ones you have photos of here, and yet be completely useless.
 
What are your capacity results? I don't see it written on the cells. So do I have to retest all the cells I get so I can build balanced packs? I'll be in San Diego soon. Can I pick up from you directly?
 
Are the cells tested out of Xiaomi's scooters? I'd like to know.
