Can't Edit My Own Post

On an individual cell level, you want fast blown fuses.

On a pack level, there may be a use for PTC fuses. They are useful for protecting packs while still retaining functionality at a reduced power rate.
Sorry to bother you guys, but is there a reason I can't edit my posts after a certain time anymore?

The group permissions are configured to allow edits to a post an hour after the post is made. It can be changed if you have a better suggestion?

Split and moved these posts to the Feedback section. If this an issue, Mike needs to know about it and not be hidden inside another thread.

As a moderator, I haven't had any issues.

hahah, i waited to late to post the reply Tongue Mike already saw it. He's quick!

I set it to 60 minutes because I got tired of going back to old threads where the original poster edited the post and replaced it with something like <delete> after the question was answered so anyone looking at the thread had no idea what was originally asked.

Ah I get it now.

Usually, I just edit posts to add info, and correcting information.

I will never delete a post, because it hugely helps helps newbies and people who look online for help.

It's really important to keep info alive and doing well Big Grin

It's certainly open for discussion lol. Do you think more than an hour would be helpful? 6 hours? a full day?

I have also encountered the "missing" edit button on occasion.

I often times go back and edit my own posts for spelling, grammar, or perhaps even an incomplete thought or a re-organization of thought.

This forum is forcing me to spend more time editing, reading, and re-reading before I hit post haha. A little more time might not be a bad idea... especially when I am "working" at work.
