Whatis the highestdifference you would recommend between batteries on the same pack?
100mah? More? Less?

Of course I know it would be better that all the batteries are the same, it since the are second hand we have to deal with what we have.

I'd say under 200mah of variance, and batteries with similar internal resistance would be the best.
 
All depends on pack size and application. For mine which are 36p I run no more than 500ma. For my 8p lawnmower pack it's 100mah. If I had 80p 1k would be fine
 
How do I understand witch internal resistance they have?
 
Wado you test it. For instance the Opus have such a test but then you need to beware of contact issue. In end of this video I quickly show how it can differ:
