I have a couple of those from a two cell power bank which had a non functioning circuit board. The cells seem to have more capacity than stated on the sleeve because around ~2.8Ah. I was going to go to sleep earlier today expecting them to finish around 1.8Ah but 5.5h into 0.5A discharge and they are still going...

i have some from an unused ebay pack that came in defective.
the bms was bad.
seller replaced pack and told me to recycle the dud at the same time as the original.
got 6 of these cells that initially tested to specs.
now 6 months later and a handfull of cycles in flashlights and lanterns they average in the low 1800's
they are doing the death spiral at 6 months?
be wary of including these into a module.
