I'm just wondering what you guys think of these? I'm thinking of buying a lot. They say "Grade B" but performance is unaffected. I also noticed there is no brand on them so I assume there is no warranty or anything... They are so cheap though!

I get very suspicious when they say These panels have some blemishes that do not affect the performance of the panel. Sorry, but any defect will affect the performance of the panel.

I couldn't see in the ad where it said "Grade B" but I did see:

Brand: Fabtech
MPN: FT320M
Model: FT320M
Country//Region of Manufacture: United States
UPC: Not Applicable

You may want to research them before bidding/buying.

Lol, I should've read the title ;)

I think $850 is a good offer. Good luck!

How is US $1.000 cheap?

This site sells them for US $ 300

[edit]LOL,.. sorry. That price is for 10. Didn't notice that before.[/edit]

I've got 3 of the grade B panels from them. It's a local company in Phoenix. They buy them in bulk and install the aluminum frames on them in house. The panels i have look good. The frames had some dings on them and there might be some minor blemishes on the panels, i can't see them though.

I bought these panels too. All mfg sell grade B and Grade C panels. Its just the process in high volume mfg. Crap happens when you pump out 100000+ units. You know that not all of them will be perfect. Some have dings, some have cracks from moving around too much. But you bet your butt theyre not going to remake those panels because of it. Sort out the bad from the really bad; label appropriately ; sell in bulk to make the most profit, and let the reseller deal with all the issues the panels might have.

They are usually second grade or as they call the B grade it just means they have small defects but does not ususlly effect the performance

ya they're around 100 bucks a piece. The 3 i have are in production now and i get about 800 watts at peak. I need to adjust the angle a bit on them still, but i think that's decent. Max rating for 3 of them would be 960.

Is that 10 for 1000?

Yes it is. I will say that they look great, but unfortunately, the seller is clueless on how to properly pack them on a pallet. One of mine was completely destroyed which he refunded me for. Another group member also purchased the same lot. He wasn't so lucky, he ended up with 8 destroyed and only 2 usable...

I have 3 these panels and i had them hit 957 watts today. At a rated max wattage of 320 per or 960 for 3 i'd say these are operating better than i expected. For $100 a piece i can't complain, i was fortunate to not have to deal with the shipping. Hope those with damaged ones were able to get everything sorted out with the seller.

I was refunded for the one damaged panel. The other group member who had more damaged is supposed to be receiving a new replacement shipment soon.

Unfortunately, the max I've seen from 6x320w has been around 1100w. It's almost winter here though. I'm not getting much sun. I expect much better results in the spring.

I've got mine sitting at about 50 degrees for my winter angle. I have them on a rack i can adjust for the different seasons.
