Built the rack/shelving unit today. There will be 14 on each shelf, 2 rows of 7. I hope to have the last 14 packs built this weekend.

All packs complete. They go in the shed today. Next is completing the layout of the component/device wall and starting on that.

All packs are in the shelf now. All packs are connected with 2awg cable in series and each 14s is in parallel with 0/2awg cable. and fuse blocks installed. Sitting at 51.2v right now. I will install the longmons soon. BTW, no I am not using cheap Chinese fuses, just the fuse blocks.

Longmons installed and synced/tested. Woo! I just need to cut the sides for the shelf and it’s complete.

Looking good.
One thing I would recommend, though. You should put something protective under the connectors to make sure they can't possibly touch the wood. If the wood got wet for any reason, it can become conductive and allow some current to leak through. If left long enough, it could char the wood.
Just putting a plastic washer or such under them would suffice.

Device wall is mostly complete. Just AC power runs to the house, solar runs to the charger (and panel install) and control line runs to the ATS, which also needs to be completed and installed. Waiting on 24v relays for the shunt trip on the main breaker since it uses 16A @ 24v and batrium relays don’t support that. So it will be a relay that controls a relay. Batrium and WIFI access point/repeater are mounted behind the screen. Everything is running off battery at this point (using 48v to various voltage step down converters). A bit of a mess right now, I know, but good progress.

So the device wall is complete minus the external wire runs.
