Converting from Alkaline, Ni-Cd, Ni-MH to Li-ion with USB charging

Recentlyozz93666 made me think about making a video about converting AA / AAAAlkaline, Ni-Cd, Ni-MH-powered devices to Lithium-powered ones.

I decided to show how i converted my nephew's JJRC H8 mini quadcopter's RC unit from 3S AAAAlkaline, Ni-Cd, Ni-MH to Li-ion usingTC4056A charger board which i've tested some time ago. This board has integrated battery protection and output contact pads which stayactive during charging. So inthe end i've made the RC unit Lithium-powered, rechargeable viamicro-USBand usable during charging.

Conversion rule is simple: for any 3 AA/AAS/NiCds you can use 1 Li-ion cell.

In the case of power tools, stated voltages are more relevant than the actual number of cells: for 12V and near that you need 3 cells, for 14.4V you need 4, for 18V you need 5.
