Those Garberiels should be treated with extreme caution, especially as you appear to have them combined in a string with no BMS.

That's asking for trouble .....

Big Grin Big Grin Big Grin  That was about a year ago. Now the battery bank has grown exponentially and the charge limit has been set to 3.9 - 4.0 per module (36v system) until a suitable BMS is found. Voltage difference between the modules is not too bad. I'll eventually install a good BMS once I get the next batch of 18650s in 2-3 weeks. The Garberiels performed flawlessly, except that they only had about 1100mA and pulled the modules out after about 4 months. They still holding their voltage after 8 months out of commission.
