Mike ask me if I can share my 1S28P power wall PCB design with people on this page and I'm decide that will do that .
This is 1S 28P power wall board for 18650 battery , you can use some of 2 type battery holder like true hole or SMT version or you can glue battery cell to PCB with hot glue and spot welding wire to cell and then soldering it to PCB .

Only what I want , people who will make this PCB please share some image with me and people on my FB page .
Gerber files is free , but is not for commercial use .

Are you asking me? His version is 28p mine would also be 28p but instead of 7x2Cell it would be (2x4Cell)+(2x3Cell)

The cell holders that the OP shows are the superior units. They are not nickel plated steel, but instead beryllium copper tabs. They have a far better contact, lower resistance, and much lower likely of developing corrosion.

Also, they are surface mount, not through hole. So the pcb design would be quite different.
