EK26-HE-L097-22895 blue cells help id

I just cracked open a cheap 9-cell ebay laptop pack and it had these blue things in it that nomatter what I search on the Goog - cannot be identified

The only varying bits of the wording label are the last 5 numbers and some say EK14, EK26, EK25, etc

I will update this thread when I finish running em thru the OPUS
