Hello, do you agree that a TN CS earthing system is OK when we connect off grid inverter to the consumer unit ?

Earthing and neutral are linked internally in the inverter. I have a consumer unit with RCBO

40A RCBO connected to the output of the inverter , an earthing rod and internally linked neutral to ground

The goal is to have a mains outlet protected with RCB & grounded like a regular grid supply would be in your area.

Bonding should be done at the furthest location. So if the inverter has them bonded internally, then don't bond them afterwards. Otherwise the RCB may not work as intended.

Unless I'm missing the question here ....

Have you actually checked to see if the neutral is separate to the chassis/earth on your inverter? I know that it is on the PIP4048, as when you measure from L-N, it puts out 230V, but when you measure from L-E or N-E, you get 115 volts either side of earth, so trying to TNC-S it will fry the Neutral side of the output stage.
