Going green.. buying a leaf to replace petrol car

Why buy a leaf? I can go out into my back yard and gets lots of them for free! :p

Now, don't get the urge to rip the skid off the car to use as your powerwall ;)

I was debating getting an Outlander pack for that ?

Maybe I'll start putting my petrol money into a pot for buying the pack..

I took the plunge swapping petrol car for a leaf.

What year ? - I have a pair of 15 & 16 Teknas, both drivable, a couple of reconfigured complete gen 2 packs, and a small pile of complete gen packs, or "skids" as Bobby is calling them. I'll not be giving up my V6 twin turbo diesels though.

I recall those only being about 12kWh and not overly amenable to reconfigured for 48v packs, but there's plenty for sale.

2016 Acenta with 4000 miles on it. Thought it was too good to miss.

Watching battery dissembly I thought Outlander modules were configured in a simpler fashion - 10 packs with 8 cells each. I never finished watching leaf dissembly though.. let me do that today
