Help with Watchmon4 firmware upgrade.
#1
Hi
I have just received my Watchmon4 system.
I have installed Watchmon Toolkit 1.0.30.
I have run the Teensy USB installer.
I am using the supplied USB cable.
The main power light is on and pulses off about every 5 seconds, the smaller light visible through the vent in the cover is mainly on flickering off.
I can see the Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART bridge on COM5.
When I run the Watchmon Firmware Upgrade app I get a tick on task1, when I try to run the upgrade function a window flashes up and closes too quickly too see what is on it and I get an error on the firmware upgrade app of “failed upgrade”.

If I go into the connection selector with USB and COM5 selected and click select nothing happens.

I’ve tried pressing the program button on the Watchmon4 and haven’t had any success.

I’ve sent a help request to Batrium but thought someone on here may be able to give me a hint on what I’ve doing wrong.
Thanks
Jon

My Watchmon Toolkit is ver 2.0.7 (1.0.30 must be very old??)

Try going to Batrium.com and download the latest Watchmon software, and then try again.

Good luck

Thanks Chris
I have downloaded the correct version from the Batrium website shop and it worked the first time, thanks for your help.
I must have got the wrong link somehow when I’m downloaded, not sure how, I was on the phone for work when I did it...

Thanks
