I'm Paul Romero Reno Nevada, and I am building a solar system for my home. Two things make it unique... It is an AC coupled system with Zero net feedback to the utility. And also it is located in Nevada where electricity rates are very low and there is zero subsidy for solar. So far, I have been able to put together a do-it-yourself system at very low cost, but now I realized as the summer approaches that I will need a battery to fully utilize it. So a big shout out and thank youto my fellow do-it-yourselfers who has helped me so far and I hope to utilize this forum to learn more as the process continue.
