These cells look rough. Rust stains etc. Recommend after determining if they are good for use. They are rewrapped at least. Rust can hide under the wrap. Production date is june 2007. second line of printing first four digits (G155) is the date code. use the date lookup tool located at top of the page under battery tools. The cells are 15 years old
