Lii-500 - Input Voltage Question (13.8 volts DC)

I have some Lii-500 chargers that I need to wire up...

I know it accepts a 12v input, but would it be ok to use 13.8v?

My original plan was to use the 12v rail from a server power supply but I decided to buy a Daygreen DC-DC to go from 24v to 13.8v for some other items that would benefit from a slightly higher input voltage, I was hoping to use the same supply.

Lii 500 is power supplied also through the car cigarette lighter socket which is nominaly 12V really 13.8v. So when you see 12V read it "13.8V"

ANd in a car while the Battery is charging by the alternator the voltage can get up to 14.7 V So it should be able to handle about 16V

Should work well. The Lii-500 uses a buck converter.
