Anyone tested the ppwer consumptionof this unit. When i'm showing 10wats of power coming in, in the shade, my 18650's hardly charge.

10 watts is almost nothing and most will be eaten up by the charge controller and/or that pesky loud fan that these things have. To answer the actual question though, no I have not tested consumption.

Yep only 10w from a 120w panel. Darn the low Sun and those tree'sat thie time of year in the UK.

On my setup I only see about 2-3W wasted within the charger @ about 100W input but I have not tested any lower than that

Yeah I've got 2 120w panels and two 40w panels. Only one is wired up though.
