Nicely done! I am having a very difficult time finding cells too. I completely understand.

Good job, lots of effort on the cell covers. What will the third colour be? Jump on the " average joe show" he's giving away holders , body bags, fuses and for US viewers "laptop packs, the other goodies are fair game world wide
Enjoy the ride

Black looks so sexy... red just looks hot.. now i feel dirty :)

Great job dude

What is your average single cell mah for the entire pack? Also what was your minimim mah ?

Looks very nice, have not built my first pack yet, but finishing my battery lab testing today. Going to have around 1500 cells, ranging from 1900 to 2900 mah, averaging about 2300. Was initially planning on going 14s80p, but now thinking that going to be a VERY long time before I get this many cells to work with again, so thinking 14s100p. So my wall will have about 15-16 kwh of energy if I have it figured correctly.

Initial plan was to have 10 kwh wall, and expand with another 10 kwh wall. But thinking will be easier to just go with 100 cells per pack. My off grid solar charging system is only going have 2.28 kw (8 x 285 watt panels) with about 6 hours of sun each day, so may have to supplement charging with cheap super off-peak grid power. Any down side anyone can think about this?
