OPUS/Liitokala power consumption when 4 batteries (dis)charge

In general, how long will take a dis+charge cycle for an average 18650 (+/- 2200 mAh) cell on OPUS and Liitokala charger? 4 cells charging together. What will be the power consumption for each of the chargers? 
Like to get these numbers for calculate/build a 4s 12V battery (4s20p,4s40p ?)
Ordered for this small project 80 new cells (2500 mAh NKON.nl), a 4s smartBMS, a kit from diybatterystore.com and a battery capacity controller.

These 12V battery will feed 2 (dis)chargers; Opus BT-C3100 and Liitokala Lii-500.
Then the proces of testing cells can start on a small base. Solar panels on the shed will charge these 12V battery. When this battery is ready I prefer to avoid taking power from the net for testing cells and set up power wall.

Future plan is to build a power wall, step by step. Harvested already few thousand cells (18650). Not tested any of them yet.

Anyone who can give me experienced OPUS/Liitokala charging numbers, please?

In an ideal world a completely flat 18650 2200mAh battery would take 4.4 hrs to charge and 4.4 hrs to discharge at 500mA. ½ that time if you are doing it at 1000mA.
500mA per cell X 4 is 2000mA
Current draw for charging 4 cells at 500mA (2000mA at 4.2V) is 8.4 Watts
8.4 Watts at 12V is 700mA
Your charging cycle would be drawing 700mA at 12V for 4.4 hrs for a total of 3080mAh or 3.08Ah or 36.96Wh
That is in a perfect world.
In the real world add a 20% loss (616mAh) in heat and resistance to the total 12V amperage so required is 3.696Ah per charger.

What the current draw is during the discharge cycle I have no idea but it can't be much. For sake of argument lets say 200mA
200mA X 4.4 hrs is 880mAh.

So my estimate would be that you would require a total of 4.576Ah for the complete cycle on one charger which is 54.912Wh
