I have a few of these in my mongrel bike battery :) Surely if they are 3S 3P in the Dell Battery that would make them 2600mAh ?

Yeah I have about 4 Dell packs which are 3S2P and the labeling shows them to be 5200mAh. So I also assumed they were 2600 each. Surprised to see they're 2350. Could just be Dell screwing people outta 250mAh.

What's funny is the same exact Dell batteries will have different cells in em and they're almost always the Samsung 26A-F's or the green Panasonic CGR18650s that are rated at 2600.

I haven't seen these in Dell packs either. I can't remember what pack I got mine from. I have seen Sony cells in older Dell packs. But most are Samsung and Panasonic.I have had very little luck the the CGR18650s mostly low capacity, however none self discharge. Even the one that only holds ~300mah.
 
Just tested a batch of new old stock that all started out at about 1.5v when I liberated them. All are showing 2350-2400mah at 1 amp discharge from 4.2v down to 3.0v. These are gonna be some of my best cheapest cells!
