I salvaged many ncr panasonic batteries and 90% are heaters or very low capacity. Now i have 9 of these - 8 are heaters and 1 is not with 2500mAH capacity but SD to 4.1.

I recently harvested 6 from an old laptop - 6 cells, all with a charge of 3.84+ or better.

The markings (batch?) is different: Dy 08 03
