Question regarding Magnum Energy ME-ARTR

Hello, I am just starting to setup my off grid system, and I have been cutting my battery bank on and off every time I go to the property. I have noticed that I have to set the date and time every time on the Magnum Energy ME-ARTR (the advanced router).

Is this normal, or is there a way to save the settings I am missing? Also, if it is losing the date/time, is it also losing my battery settings?


EDIT: After reading the manual a bit more I found that the clock settings reset when it is powered down. So it is normal, and I should not have worried lol. Another example of "RTFM".

What encouraged you to buy a Magnum, and a BMS that cant natively communicate ?

Me buying the inverter/charger setup before i decided on a BMS solution.

Then the BMS seemed easier to work with than other DIY setups.

If I was to do it again I would probably look for a more compatible pairing.
