[SELLING] $185/kWh for a Fully built Commercial Li-Ion Storage pack
#1
Hey everyone.  New to the forum here and I have a heck of a deal on barely used and new energy storage packs by Panasonic

I have a lot of commercial grade energy storage 2.157kWhr packs made by Panasonic available. The best part is, I'm selling them at $400 a pack (less than$185/kWh).  I have $300 packs too, but they are not plug and play (more info at the bottom) These were designed by Panasonic to last for thousands of cycles set to conservative charging and discharging specs shown below. Plus, they are plug and play ready to go! No ripping apart the 18650s from used packs, measuring, discarding some, dealing with knockoffs, building a safety system, cooling them, etc. Nothing wrong with that, I love the DIY setups, but these are simply easier. Just fit the standard Molex connector to your main bus, add a small 100Ohm resistive voltage to the Auxiliary connection (to enable the BMS) and you're on! The BMS handles everything from overcurrent/voltage protection, cell balancing, automatic cooling with the fan in the rear (low noise and almost never on). These are also safe with a fuse for each of the 255 cells and temperature probes to cut anything off.  To get in the weeds of the details, they are engineered to not get thermal runaway.  Meaning they are spaced out just enough where one can catch fire and it not spread to the rest of the pack.  No kidding.

So why are these for sale? Well, all of these units specifically have some kind of Modbus logic issue to them. Meaning the connector that enables the circuit also has modbus information normally.  But in this case, it doesn't work. It's no good for commercial operation and is normally scraped. This absolutely doesn't effect the BMS or the capacity in any way. You simply can't get modbus information out of it.With 10,000 units+, even a normal 1% fail rate will generate at least a hundred bad packs. All these packs have either 1 cycle or a few hundred. This was judged by its sister packs in the commercial lineup. None were over about 275ish and when you're talking about 3,000 cycle life it's fairly small.

I can ship anywhere you need as long as you cover shipping. If you want it on a pallet I can do that too. These come in their own well padded box and are safe to transport with all labeling included. Typically I've seen about $27 dollars to anywhere in California (based in San Francisco) and about $55 to somewhere like New York....not too bad.  I know I'm new here and could be a scammer so I'll show you the batteries over Facetime or something or anything else people suggest to gain confidence.  I'll take Paypal too, but I'm going to hit the upper limits soon. If you can to pay ANY other way, I can give you a small discount. I promise you won't be disappointed with these batteries and if you are for some reason, I'll take them back you just pay shipping. My username on eBay is yipper4567 if you want to check, I just hate eBay fees and figure this is a better venue.  You can also message me here on this forum and we'll swap contact details

Last note: I do have packs where the BMS is either not operational, or an entire series section of the pack is 0V, or something else preventing it from working plug and play like above. I will be selling these for $300. That's just over a dollar a cell. You'll likely have to rip them out. EIther way, quality Panasonic cells for a little over a dollar a cell is a great deal. Please message me if interested. Please leave questions in the comments below These will probably go very fast like my last batch I had.

Do you still have some available? I'd be interested in picking one or two up and I'm located in the Bay Area.
Do you have any more specs on the BMS? What protection it has and any details on IO and communications?

Hi N@poleon,

Saw your PM and responded but never heard a reply. Did you receive the response?
Maybe I should change my name spelling to catch your attention?

-Da5id

Ha ha! Please let me know, I am still interested...
