If the tracking number is valid:

DPD says: Uw pakket is geleverd op 2019-04-29, om 10:07.
Seems that You have to settle this with DPD, not DeGroot.

Q.: How can You claim a refund from DeGroot 2 weeks after DPD says You got the cells??

I expect You to reply here in the open.

Why do I mix in here?  I have bought more than 1000 cells from DeGroot. Delivery times have varied, but I always got my cells in the end.
This company is a large recycling company and I bet they do not earn their living selling second hand cells to people like Us.
If they get false claims from customers, they may reconsider selling cells to Us, and then I will have to seek my cells elsewhere.
One other seller in this forum has already caused a considerable increase in shipping costs, so please do not tamper with one of the honest dealers.

so according to you if you order 90 cell's and he delivers 30 it's ok because he is a big seller . well i have got a nice bridge for sale , interested ? he stopped all communication and ignores request to refund the order he could't deliver .

So he delivered!
Take your dispute than to the delivery company, or your neighbor according to DPD.
He has no reason to hold those 60.........

Chrisd just a 1000??? no wonder i had to wait in line, but from order to receive...21 days...i wanted 2800mah

He has a production line for 6000! cells a day to test, 2000 where to bad shape, means 8000 cells harvested every day.
Waiting time is over 3 weeks for tested cells, he has a lot of clients.

there where 2 separate ebay listings one of 30 he delivered one that he canceled so again 2 separate listings , all for packs of 30 cell's. I needed 90 cells there was one that had one pack left there was one with 2 packs left . these were tested cells since he had them already sorted by capacity . shipping stated 3 days after payment if i'm not mistaken but delivery was estimated in 2 to 3 weeks . so be it, i new that .
after that date i contacted him as i didn't get any updates or explanation . ( note that before payment i got a response within a few hours) . then i get the tracking of the one pack , no explanation of the second ) . after a few days a request from ebay if i am okay with canceling the sale due to no stock . since you don't really have a choice i agreed expecting that he would refund the money . could be he is busy . but a refund doesn't take that mush time and would have kept a client .

just go to paypal and file for a refund on the cancelled item.
DeGroot takes a long time to reply, really busy people. EDIT: but they eventually do

Well, I have to admit, not 1000 cells at a time. Blush  I do not have that kind of money. 100, and a few times 200, bought Months apart.

Waiting for good capacity cells to appear on the listings, can sometimes feel very long.

Eventually, they turn up. Then I just hope I have the cash at hand to buy. Rolleyes

Yeah you and i make things worse for him....and a other 1000 clients...100 cells per client....times? clients?
Remember he has to harvest 8000 cells to ship 6000 cells a day, from those 6000 we want the upper levels, if he/we are lucky he has 500 a day.
He is good for his money and word, i am testing right now 700 cells of him.(charged atm will be tested in two weeks)
After my 3000 own harvest, so i can report back if you want a report on his qualitie.
But he is depending on his opus and what he gets.

Oh yeah they turn up....order some.....wait....wait....ah, a bill, pay....max 5 days than they are in the charger.
He must dubble his production, he can't....welcome in Holland.

7 orders no questions no problems all delivered.....but those resleeved ones, what where they
