I searched and couldn't find any information on them. Based on personal experience though, they are very old. I wouldn't expect more than 1500mAh from them, maybe even less.

@mike Thanks. Does they have same voltage as 18650 ? Eg, can I test them with an Opus or it is too dangerous ? (for example non powerwall usage?).

I would probably try it if it were me, but I'm not comfortable suggesting someone else try it and risking they get hurt. If you do a bit of googling, you'll find cells with a similar (but not exactly the same) model number.

Information
Found some data on these buried in a .pdf from Sony dated June 2001.
Seems they come in three flavors:

US17670G3 - 3.7v @ 1500mAh
US17670G3D - 3.7v @ 1450mAh
US17670G4D - 3.7v @ 1550mAh

The dimensions on these are 17mm x 67mm.
They will not fit in a standard 18650 holder, as they are slightly longer and thinner.
I came across these from and old laptop (Toshiba?) battery.

I would love to submit the datasheet, but I am having trouble (new member.)
