Even though the datasheet claims it's 1350mAh? Were you able to find any other datasheets?

Research on the web suggests manufacturer is: Asahi & Toshiba Battery (A&TB) Company


LGR18650R = Light purple with white ring = 1850 mAh
LGR18650P = Blue with white ring = 1650mAh

LGR18650E = clear blue with white ring= 1350 mAh

I recovered 8 'R' cells from a NEC laptop pack (OP570-73901) rated 14.4V, 3600 mAh
