Where to buy used Li batteries eg ex medical UPS

I concur that Battery Hookup is excellent. I've purchased over 4,000 cells in the last 1.5yrs over many different purchases and all deliveries were exactly as they advertise.
In fact, one time I bought a 1,000 modem module cells and found about 10% were dented during factory installation (wasn't me that dented them) and they replaced those 100 cells for free as it was apparently an aberrant batch. I'm in US and delivery has always been prompt.
