Wm1

I bought this before the 4 came out but it came with the new shunt. I just finished installing the 21 100p. The problem is after I ran the wisard and went to the screen there were no nodes. I did the tests and the device was out of sync no Rx, bypass tester says all were in fault, network tester no Rx response. Please help I have read everything I can on Batrium and there is nothing about fixing a Rx no response

Check that you have the wires connected to the WM1 in the correct order. If you have them out of order or the RX/TX reversed, it will cause the no rx symptom.

Like mike said, & be very careful doing this, you can easily fry the wm1's input circuit.

Right at the bottom of the page there's a self test loop back to confirm the wm is OK.

If you're still not getting any joy, maybe try with just one cell mon, you might have a break somewhere in your chain of devices

I checked one cell mon and that is the problem. Now as you said I have a break somewhere in the string of 21. Thanks so much for your help.
