Well, it looks like some sort of portable power bank. It looks simple, despite the amount of wiring, which may intimidate some people, that I assume are balance-related leads. Are those 18650s? They almost look smaller like 17670s.

I will not vote yet. Looks simple. Camera is defiantly a potato! By the frame of reference and the size of the volt monitors, it is defiantly 18650s. Give a decent photo, and I will be able to determine what is going on.

It most likely is not a portable power bank. Given OP has a potato to take photos, I can't say for sure. Without a true frame of reference, I cannot reasonably estimate battery size. They do look to big for 17670s.

I saw the option when started thread.  Thought I'd try it out.  Doesn't everyone like multi-choice surveys?  I also included a choice for those that don't -- something for everyone?!?  lol.  So just a gag, I guess.  As promised, pic no. 2:

The polls here are interesting. When I've tried using them in the past, people often reply to the thread with their opinion rather than voting in the poll itself. I don't understand it myself.

Also, the views counter also includes bots, such as search engine spiders or Facebook/Twitter grabbing metadata. It doesn't actually mean 22 people Smile
