gold or iron?

I have collected some ebike battery's with some odd looking cells.
{more odd looking li ion cells are coming)

The print on the pack: 37v 10.000mah.
There are 10 cells in it(see picture's).
They are in ?series/parallel?, like Christmas tree lights.
So they are 3.7 volts each with 10 amp
I could not find them on the internet.

What is it? name? size? ect!
Are they worth to keep?

I opened one pack with a lot of effort, really a lot.
Glue everywhere, i have even cut the "sleeve" to get them out
I have 12 packs of those(12x10....120 possible good cells 3,7v 10 amp?!?!?!?!?)

Each cell 3.7 v, 10 Ah, 10 cells in series.
If they are good you know after checking them.

Ebike Bats are just recently said to be quite good hewre somewhere. I have similar experience. They have high loads (with the bike), fail early (under the high loads), so they have little wear due to relative few cycles.
