Hi Jasim, have a good read of the FAQ section of this forum.
You can build your packs using PCBs or cell holders or the more common "cell packs".
Each one has some differences in space, materials cost, equipment you need to make it & skill levels needed.
With "cell packs" (like hbpowerwall makes on youtube):
- you need to be good at soldering
- have a big soldering iron like 80 or 100W,
- you need to be good at soldering (can learn)
- harder to replace one faulty cell
- but it's cheap to make big packs this way.
Making packs with separate cell holders:
- you have to buy lots of cell holders (cost),
- cells are more spaced apart, pack is not so compact
- easy to replace a bad cell
- more wiring
- you need a flat surface to mount them
With PCBs;
- you have to make the PCBs with battery holders ($$cost)
- you need to mount & connect the PCBs
- some skill to solder PCB board parts together
- cells take up more space
Whatever you choose, include fuses!
