Edit - got some, thanks for all the replies!
Hey, I'm getting ready to work with the guy who makes these boards to prototype up an application to use this module, together with a few other bits and pieces, to construct a BMS for my 12 cell chevy volt pack for use as a portable 1500W120V invert er battery backup system:
http://four-forty.com/product/12s-battery-monitoring-board/
However, for testing purposes, I'd like to use smaller cells that don't take forever to charge/discharge and that are perhaps a bit mismatched to allow testing the balance functions. If anyone has 12 'junk' cells that have some capacity left, but perhaps are mismatched, that they'd part with free or cheap, please shoot me a PM. I'll pay shipping and a few bucks for your trouble.
I'll post my progress here and will start a thread for it once I get things a bit more organized and planned out. Still working on how to implement current measurement, web connectivity etc. Will probably use a hall sensor and a Proton board, respectively, but need to finish studying up a bit more.
Thanks!
