Hello to all,
I was playing around with my stuff that i have, before getting serious.
To obtain equality between the zb's.
I have made a set up to get some numbers right on them, to "pair" them.
But i think this test was time thrown away.
Tomorrow i will head out for some resistors of 10-15 Ohm,
I will give each zb2l3 his own high resistor.
I would like to have some thoughts of you, comment or what so ever.
My end goal is simple: I would like to have the same zb2l3's for the final capacity test and the soh.
So i would like the same zb2l3's
I also figured out when using a computer power supply you must stabilize the voltige, BIG.
The tp4056 reallylike's a stable volt, they work better on it, with more accuracy as a bonus.
A cell phone charger is good for feeding ONE, a computer power supply needs a lot of big capacitorsto smooth out the voltage path.
So i dug out one of my big boys, 6 volt 7 amp and heavy stabilized.
(For my charging/discharging table it will be my biggest 6 volt 40 amp heavy stabilized.)
You really need a good power supply for them to work properly, for sure its for the tc4056! they really need good and stablepower.
I set the cut off at 3.8 volt on all of them, but the one that is directly connected to the resistor and the cell had a set cut off at 3.7
It's typical the begin volts where almost the same, the end mah where at big differences?
They where all done is the same time, between 8 min and 15 sec - 8 min 50 sec, accept the one with the lower cut off
Anybody know how or why? as earlier said, tomorrow i will head out for some higher Ohm resistors to give each one of its own.
Maybe that will give some more accurate numbers.
I also did a test with an capacitor22000uf to let the tc4056 load the capacitor, and than discharge the capacitorwith a zb, it was giving to random results.
I really think this must be a cell, i will buy one at 200mah....
With best regards and thanks in advance.
shoot a lot of talking again, sorry
