Why are you only wanting those model of cells?

Shenzhen BAK are the best "standard cells"(no Higth Drain)that I could find here in ArgentinaOz18650...

In those netbook battery packs.. iuse tofind LGDA.. LGAA.. andShenzhenBAK.. (now is allLGDAunfortunately)
and theBAK..far exceeds LG.. in every way..

LGDA.. I use them between 4.25v to 2.88v*...without losing performance or working time between recharges..
now.. charging themuntil 4.26v or 4.27v..You already lose some working timein the next recharges..
(* 2.88v Voltage trigger of the Voltage detector MicroChip TC54 IC)

a new cell (thatneverhave beenundercutoff by autodischarge)...
fullycharged up to 4.25v ...
you put on it a resistor wire that generates a consumption of 1.6amp..
and it go down to 4.16v.. 4.15v.....and it reaches cutoff after 1:20 horus (more or less)
and the cell start toget somewarm around3.50v..

now..
a LG cell that has beenundercutoffby autodischarge... (1.75v.. 0.78v for example).. most of the time charge ok
but it do not reach 4.25v....the charger stops in 4.22v.. 4.23v..(sometimes it does not recharge at all)....
andwhen you put onit..the sameresistor wire thatgenerates a consumption of 1.6amp..
it sinks to 3.98v .. 3.80v.. or even less...and it reachescutoff in justcouple of minutes.. useless...

besides .. is thisbig problem ..
Supports peaks4 or 5 amp... yes.. ok..
but at a certain point .. without warning .. you hear a snap .. like when you break a pencil ...
and the cell dies completely .. it goes to 0V and it does not work anymore for anything .. even when1 second before
it was with3.98v or4.00v..
so it does not work with motors ..
even putting two together (in parallel) .. one of them ends up snaping... leaving the other alone to snap later..

----

Shenzhen BAK... A04 A05 A06.. I use them between 4.29v to 2.88v...without losing performance or working time betweenrecharges..
ichargethemuntil 4.30v or 4.31v.. and ialready see somelose ofworking timein the next recharges..

a new cell (thatneverhave beenundercutoff by autodischarge)...
fullycharged up to 4.29v ...
you put on it the same wireresistor i always usethat generates a consumption of 1.6amp..
and it go down to 4.17v.. 4.16v..... and it reaches cutoff after 1:40 horus .. 1:35horus(more or less)
and the cell start toget somewarm around3.50v.. butwhen i use another resistor wire thatconsume 1.8amp..

now... a Shenzhen BAK cell that has beenundercutoffby autodischarge... (0.75v.. even 0.50v).. they alwaysrecharge ok... andreach 4.29v normally...
andwhen you put onit..the sameresistor wire thatgenerates a consumption of 1.6amp..
it goes down to 4.12v .. 4.08v.. nomore than that....and still reachescutoff after1:20 horus .. 1:10horus ..

i put them in toolswithpeaks of 7or 8 amp... (two in parallel of course) and without any problem...
It is an excellentcell compared to the LG...
..

Lishen LS LR... is another that I would like to find more often...

Have you tried looking for salvage power toolpacks that are designed for high drain and can recharge in 15-30 minutes? Are you limited to 2P for size or weight? Because you could probably find a ton of 1.3Ah high drain cells in old power tool packsthat you could set up as 3P or 4P for capacity and still charge in less than 30 minutes without having to overcharge to 4.3V.

i have 2 good sources of high drain cellsDallski...and at a reasonable price..
I'm looking for standard cells... Nohighdrain cells...
