Hello,
New to that precious site
I had my display (scooter ecross max 2x2) showing a battery with 3, almost 2 bars when the charger goes green.(scooter is 2 years opld but less than 700km) I dismonted and checked the battery elements, the total voltage is good at 54.6, elements have similar voltage each 12.6v , I put the battery back andf had the same 50% charged info.
I did go in the parameters and noticed that the battery declared was nopw 36 V. I corrected that to 48. (sure it was not the case before)
On the next power on I did see the battery bars diseappearing fast and now I think the item is in security mode. I will check the output of BMS, and try to find if some fuse ('one for each motor, on the charging ports of the battery) have blown . I doubt it is the case? I suspect a controler problem, the error message I did see since a few days was E10 : no reception/. I was said it is a cabling problem, but did not notice any CC with a fast check. ANy idea for testing (assuming the battery is good) THanks sorry for the lenght

PS I can open the contrôler, check fuses and mosFets...also I will check at what tension the battery turn off (is it the controler that stops or is the controler stopping the battery ?)

Thanks in advance, if you can read me (sorry it is long)
