spot welding

Hello everyone,

I am building 14S40Pbattery system of48V battery system for solar panels.

To make a single pack of 40PIdid spot welding as shown inpicture.

My question is if the connections are correcttomake a pack of 40 cells in parallel. if I am wrong how do I solder the cells.

Iif it is correct I will spot weld all 14 packs to make them in series for 12s40p battery system.

Your advise will be highly appreciated.

You need more interconnects and the wire need larger surface area to connect to unless you plan for very low current out of that pack.

One such line ca do 5-7A in general at most.
