BMS COVP Not Working?

Hi Guys,

Am I missing something here? I've set this up on 4 BMS, 2 it worked, 2 it didn't?

As you can see from the images below, I've set COVP to 4.1v and release to 4.0v, and the charge fet is shown as disabled with the COVP alarm... yet it's still allowing charge current through?

Not sure which section allows/overrides the other, but in the "High Protect Configuration" section the COVP limit shows 4.250mV which it doesn't look like you've reached, so maybe charging=on is expected?
Maybe test with that value lower?

yeah i tried lowering that one to 4v as well, it was still charging :(
 
Might have a bug or two?
Don't suppose the old "quit the s/w & restart" helps?
Maybe power cycle (power off, then on again) the BMS board after changes made, saved, etc?
Do the menus show the s/w versions?
Any way to update the firmware? Can manufacturer help?
