Howdy; I am in the process of testing 18650 cells for (3)7s16p battery banks into a 7s48p battery. Each 7s16p bank will have a BMS. These will be built using Jehu's PCBs and BMS units.

I bought a BattGo BG-8S to help me monitor and balance cell voltages, but I can't figure out how to make an adapter from the BattGo 9pin connector to the Jehu 16pin flat ribbon connector.

Can anyone help me out?

Thanks!

place a cell of a know voltage in each of the 7s slots do so 7 cells
with a mm test each of the 16 pins for voltage find the ground first, then find the next lowest voltage then the next till you have all 8 pins mapped out for a 7s leaving the last pin of the 8s connector unconnected.
Would be the way I would do it. I assume the BattGo 9pin connector is a standard 8s
