UK - Cleaned viable cells pricing

I have been discussing purchase of cells from an unknown source - trying to bypass UK related Environmental Agency directives relating to batteries marked as waste.

I have seen battery packs being sold for about 2 - 3 here and those might give anywhere from 3 to 6 cells.. Roughly 0.5 per cell.


Is there anyone on the forum selling extracted cells in the UK ? If yes what sort of pricing ?

so only with voltage, not tested?

atm i've tested cells, but if you need only voltage tested (are you sure about that?) i can see.

PM me if you want. i'm processing a lot of cells
 
Im after around 30 cells around 2000 mah, for a small project i working on.
 
If a cell needed to be "cleaned up" I'd be pretty cautious about it - you don't want corrosion issues or cells that have been in corrosion inducing environments....

By cleaned up I meant
* Extracted.
* Cells with corrosion and venting discarded
* Having a viable voltage

I wasn't referring to rewrapped cells though its easy enough to be misunderstood
